I have a problem creating a formula to do what I want it to do. I have tried anumber of options but I just can't seem to get it to work.
Basically, it is a spreadsheet torecord late coming and I wish to add up all the time lost due to different reasons for each person (columns F:I). The original spreadsheet contains instances of up to 43 lates so is quite large.
Is this even possible? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Change F3 to I3 to match your critieria and then use ths in F4, copied across and down:
=IFERROR(1/(1/SUMIF($M4:$U4,F$3,$L4:$T4)),"")
