Anyway to use color number format in a formula ?

I'm looking for a way to use colors in a TEXT(value, format_text) formula, but can't seem to make it work.
The reason why I'm trying to use it in a TEXT format is because I have a cell that displays two different values, using a line break with CHAR(10)...and need that format to be applied only to one of those two values.

TEXT(A1,"[Color10]+ ###,##0.00 $;[Red]- ###,##0.00 $;[Black] ###,##0.00 $")

It works for the +/- part, but colors don't show.
Any idea how to tweak it ?
Is it even possible with TEXT ?
