Formula populating data from multiple sheets to summary sheet

=IF(INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!M10")="Cheque",INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!M37"),INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!m37"))

I am using the above formula to get the following result and can't figure out my issue.

If A5 on my summary page matches the name on other pages and M10 on the match page = Cheque # then the entry will be the total in M37 otherwise it will be 0.00

The second one is similar:

=IF(OR(INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!M10")="Butterfield TSF",INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!M10")="Butterfield TSF"),INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!M37"),INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!m37"))

In the second formula

If A5 on my summary page matches the name on other pages and M10 on the match page = Butterfield TSF or Local Bank TSF then the entry will be the total in M37 otherwise it will be 0.00

Attach a workbook with your data showing what you expect as your result.

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload

I am unable to load the workbook due to the personal employee data however I can try and be more clear in the situation.

We have a summary sheet which lists all employees and an individual sheet named for each employee on the sumary. Each of the 2 cells with the formula problem is looking for a match to the name on the row to one of the sheets and if found then looking to the content of M10 on that sheet and depending on the content of M10 is then bringing back to the summary either a 0.00 or the total of M37 on the sheet where the names match.
