    Time sheet rounding issues

My timesheet has two uses. Rows 1:18 are used for Real time. I.e. employees enter their exact punches in/out and then in rows 17:18 it returns their time to the hundredth value (because our timeclock website does this).

Then Rows 20:25 is what our accounting software uses. It only rounds to the tenth though. This causes issues for the employees entering their time as the rounding may cause them to hit OT before they thought. My spreadsheet rounds and shows in rows 20:21 what their time is according to our account software. However, as you can see in the attach example, its not working right. It is showing 40.00, but when rounded to the tenth it is actually 40.1. I've tried ROUND but can't seem to get it to work.

There are three identical tables because we are pay bimonthly and a pay period may extend over three weeks. Each table uses a different formula in row 20 because i'm trying to figure out what works.

Do the same for the other values to round to on decimal place.

    Re: Time sheet rounding issues

I did and its still showing past one decimal. B17:H17 should go to two decimals though. It is B20:H20 that is rounded to one. Employees look at B17:17 to see what they really worked versus B20:H20 which is what our accounting software rounds it as.
