Error: Source Not Found Every Time I Open Excel Workbook

    Hello,

I have 3 excel workbooks. The first is the Database, the second is the Order Log, and the last is the Log Booking. They all link to each other respectively through formulas within cells.
Database pulls the amount of open orders through the Order Log, which pulls the quantity from the log booking.

Every single time I open up the Database, the link to Order Log says "unknown". If I try to update the link, it changes all the values in the column with the formula to #Value!
    The formula is here:

Where H is part numbers, I is quantity, and J is quantity received

Then I will go into the Order Log and see what is wrong. The link to Log Booking says "Error: Source Not found" every single time. I break the link, go into the column that uses it, and replace it with the same formula again and it updates. Then if I go to Edit Links, the source of Log Booking still does not say OK but instead says "Unkown".
    The formula is here:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
where D is part order numbers, B is part numbers, A is order numbers and C is quantity

Then I open up the Log Booking and it says update links so I do and it gives me no problems.

I am confused to why the first book is giving me errors, and why I have to update the sources every single time I use them. Any help is greatly appreciated

Looking at your first formula for the Orders, there appears to be a space in the second reference to the workbook... between the "]" and "Orders":

Re: Error: Source Not Found Every Time I Open Excel Workbook

I figured it out on my own. The columns it was pulling from ($_$4:$_$1000) was what was causing the error because in that excel sheet the formulas entered stops at 718, so the way to fix it would be to fix the size to ($_$4:$_$718) or extend the formula in that workbook down to 1000.

    Thanks anyway!
