    Lightbulb INDEX Formula HELP with Radio Button and Drop Down FORMS....!!!!

    I created Radio Button Form and Drop down Form to display the employee shifts using Index formula, but the problem is I am not able to display ALL employee information when I select "ALL Operator" Radio Button because I dont have the "ALL" as text in the referencing column, so I am wondering if I can use something that will display all employee information, I am attaching the example spreadsheet here...

    Simplest solution would be this formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.

    Copy the formula into A6 and from there to the rest of the cells in the weekly shift summary.

    I tried your formula in cell A6 it works for the drop down selection "ALL" only, but doesnt work for the rest of the shift selections like "AM", "NN", etc..... Any other way we can do it...

    In the Print Weekly Shift Summary tab the option other than ALL and AM after that if I select any of the option the values in the Column A remains as it is they dont change, only the value in the Monday to Sunday column Changes...
