Please help calculate if date falls within a range in Excel?

If the name of the cells match, I need to check to see if any of the dates for the From and To fall within range? To make sure it's not overlapping

For example, for the Name "A" I want to make the first A dates 7/30 to 8/23 do not fall within the same range of the second A 6/21 to 7/30
