    Color change when driver becomes eligible for another trip

    IF THIS THEN THAT.
    I need a continuous sliding 30 day window that tracks 8 driving events. I other words we are only allowed to make 8 commercial drives in any 30 day window. I’m thinking a column (365 days) that will change red when no drives are available and change to green when the next drive is available. Headers would be driver name, column A dates, column B, C, D and so on for each driver. The drives would be recorded as DOT on the days that they drove. Hope this makes sense, I'm sure there will be questions.

    Please update your profile so that "MS-Off Ver" shows what version of Microsoft Office you are using, instead of your name.

    You are going to get better results if you make up an Excel file with sample data and what you want the results to look like, then we can help with any functionality you need (color changes). It sounds like you are giving us a high-level description with some holes in it ("column B, C, D and so on") and asking us to start from scratch.

    Also your title doesn't give any idea at all as to what you actually asking. I will fix that for you since it's your first post.

    Please take the time to review our rules. There aren't many, and they are all important.
