IF this date is <= $B$1 then delete entire row

I want a formula that can delete a entire row if a condition is met.

so from below formula if the date is <=$B$1 then delete that entire row from spreadsheet.

id there a formula for this? I know their is VBA and a macro for it, but I am looking for a formula only if that is possible?

any help is appreciated
