Filling down many rows

I am trying to copy down the formula below 201,000 rows. I can get the formula to copy down ok but it takes hours to complete and sometimes longer. I have to do this with 30 columns so I hoping to somehow speed up the calculations.

I would look at using a Pivot Table and/or filters with SUBTOTAL, and/or extracting the unique values from the columns to create the values to count by....
