Spelling checker in excel

Hi,

Could you please help me to determine which cell have an issue in spelling.

I have names in Column A and I expect to get this value "Yes" in Column B, if the value have an issue in Column A.

It is working with me, but I still need your help to edit this macro to work in 1 million as I have many names and I need to check it.
I'm using Excel 2010, please can u help about this.
