Formula to count "absence with permission"

    Hello everybody,
Can you help me to solve my problem, please?
-The file in attachment contains dates of leaves for employees
-Dates are written in "00" format
-"Absence with permission" is allowed only if emplpyee`s annual balance is zero
My question:I need a formula to count "absence with permission" if the employees`s annual balance "until current month" is more than zero.Because it is a mistake if the employee took absence before finishing his annual balance.

Note:I mentioned "annual balance until current month" not "the final annual balance"
    please help me

Re: Formula to count "absence with permission"

Am I reading this correctly?? Do you want a formula to return the values in E15, K15, etc?

Edit: forget it. I haen't a clue what you want, as (amongst other things) I have no idea where you get the "annual balance to current month" from.

Re: Formula to count "absence with permission"

Just repeating what you have already said is not going to help us to help you.

    Please answer Glenn's questions:

    1. Do you want a formula to return the values in E15, K15, etc.?
    2. Where do you get the "annual balance to current month" from?

You do not need to keep saying "please help me" - this is a help forum! Concentrate instead on answering questions and giving useful information.

How would you calculate it manually? Where should the figure come from?

You are not answering the question, but again simply repeating what you have already said.

Manually,I depend on final balance every month. And this may lead to some mistakes.

Re: Formula to count "absence with permission"

OK - I am sorry, but I have to leave it here. I would love to help you, but you are simply not giving me the information I am asking for.

We are not here to work out the mathematics for you: that's up to you. What we can help you with is translating the mathematical calculation into a formula.

If you want any further help from me, then tell me the exact manual calculation you would make to arrive at the value. If you can't do that, then I can't help you. Sorry.

Try above array fromula and copy & Paste across
Hope some one comes with better and simple formula

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
