    Formula to Combine two table information

    Hi
    Table 1 includes the time needed to run each phase in month and the second table, including the required cost per month in each phase of the project, he plans to make a table in which the number of months projected for each phase of the project in Table 1, the cost Identify each phase in Table 2 in the respective month.
    In the attached file you can see the expected result.

    Who is 'he'?

    How do you know which months belong to which phase (apart from the colour coding)?

    Once I untangled the spider's web... it was clear. In D1, copied across and down:
