I have a workbook that I would like to alphabetize names using one formula. My current formula leaves out the first ranked name, but includes everyone else. Any assistance would be great!

I should have elaborated on the original Post. There can be anywhere from 2-50 employees and that’s why the range is A3:A53. The blank or cells that have 0 are causing the issue.
