How to add text to a text box including 2 referenced cells

So I know how to add text to a text box by going to the formula bar and adding =$D$4

the question is can I add multiple references to a text box with additional text in the same box

for example

I would Like a formula that would insert a = between the referenced cells =$B$4 and =$D$4 in the text box.

So if B4 = Testing and D4 = Productivity then the text box would display

Testing = Productivity

Go to another cell ... D7 behind the text box ... put this formula there.
