I need to those value which greater than 54 hours than will get true otherwise will get blank

I attached raw data fro your better reference,

i tried =IF(B2>=TIME(--54,0,0),"eligible","") but did not get proper result i got those value which is also less than 54 hours,

You have given us 1000+ rows of a non-working formula. 10 rows of manually calculated results would be better, by far. However try this:

=IF(B2>54/24,"Eligible","")
