No really, not without VBA. And, even then, changing a colour, fill, font or format won't automatically update.
You'd need a User Defined Function (UDF), probably for each type of format change, and then you'd need to force it/them to recalculate. In my experience, it can be a pain to get it to work effectively.

What would be the rule/logic/reason for changing the font etc? Perhaps that can be used for the count?
