Multiple Subtotal Formula

Wanting to use Subtotal for a % column (as per the attached sample), is this something that you can do with Subtotal?

Sometimes need to filter by state or owner

Have whipped up a very quick sample to give you an idea of what I am trying to achieve

My real file has for example purposes an FY18 column and FY19 column on each tab (and a tab for each month), however, I have an overview tab that gives me my YTD (but don't show the FY18 data on the Overview tab

Then to do my % I use this formula =IFERROR((SUM('Apr18:Sep18'!$H61))/(SUM('Apr18:Sep18'!$F61)),0)

Which if I'm honest, I almost need an Advanced Filter too

Or is the best way to add the FY18 column onto my Overview tab and just hide it?
