Calculate price per unit

I need some help developing a calculation in excel. Below is the information
Facility Square Footage 188,395
Annual cost for facility $700,829.40
Annual production is 1.5 million units a year which equals 30K units a week 50 weeks.


I like to set up a worksheet where I can add the square footage, facility cost, units produced annually and get the cost per unit
