autopopulate columns from one workbook to another

hi,
I would like to populate ingredients only with weights (skipping ingredients with no weight in next column) from workbook 2 to workbook 1.
now I have there a dropdown list with all the ingredients and index match indirect formulas.

hope somone understand because english is not my first language.
