Extracting rows of data based on multiple criteria from a list

I am looking to pull multiple peoples data from a larger data set based on selecting their name from a drop down list. This drop down list will allow for multiple people to be selected and if so it will pull the data for all that are selected in the list.

in the sample file when names are selected in the drop down cells from B2:B6 it will pull all the data that matches the names in the large data set in columns M:P
it will then populate column D:G

The data doesn't necessarily have to be in any order but it just needs to be complete

You can use advanced filter, but B1 need to be 'name'

I would need it to be formulas entered in columns D:G

I am using it to create helper columns because my data source is very large.

You can also use regular filters, or filters on tables or slicers to get the data in the location itself,
and then copy and paste them in another location.
