Conditional format Question

Good morning all

Is there an easy way to fill columns with conditional formats rather than having to do each cell at a time.

In my table columns L,M / O,P/ Q,R & S,T have different conditional formats in which basically states what is in column H,I fill the cells with colour.

I have done the top row which works and what I want to do is pull those conditional formats down to fill the rest of the table, however don't want to have to re-write the formula cell by cell which would take forever.

Is there any easy way to do that?
