Avoid Averaging "0"

I can do this to avoid averaging zeros

=AVERAGEIF(A1:A10, "<>0")

What I need is to average multiple cells that are not in succession and also avoiding zeros.

This doesn't work but is the logistic of my question.

=AVERAGEIFS(A1, B2, C12, "<>0")
