    Formatting Duration

I have been given a download of data that details the length of time certain tasks take to complete (examples below), is there a 'simple' way in which I can format these rows of data so that they show the seconds or minutes for each?
    21h 44m 38s
    10m 1 sec
    4 hrs 23m 34s
    4m 18 secs
    40m 42 secs
    26m 37 secs
    4 m 19 secs
    1hr 17m 19secs
    19 m 43 secs
    11 m 36 secs

    Cheers
