Is Delivery Date within Agreed Reference Date or Not!

Dear Experts,

Please find the attached File, Where I have Part Number, Description & Vendor,

In continuous to that,

Column R to Column AA I have ETA Dates & Qty in the sequence of 1 to 7 and it is a Firm ETA which vendor had confirmed to us!

Column AH to Column AQ similarly we have Reference ETA Date & Qty in the sequence of 1 to 7 (With this date only we compare vendor delivery performance)

Support I am looking here is: -

In Column AS, IF Firm ETA Qty 1 >= Reference ETA Qty 1 and Firm ETA is <= Reference ETA 1 than, I want an output as “Firm ETA as Per LT”, If not then “Not As per LT”

In Column AU, cumulatively what is the qty we are supposed to get by Ref. ETA 2 & Qty is cumulative Firm ETA Qty 2 is >= Ref. ETA Qty, also Is Firm ETA Date is <= Ref. ETA 2 then “Firm ETA as per LT, If not then “Not As per LT”

Likeness, Column AW, AY & BA I would cumulative comparison of qty and date and update the Remarks as ETA As Per LT or “Not As Per LT”

Constraints or Confusion which I am going through is :-

Not Necessarily, Firm ETA Sequence in align with Reference ETA Sequence in, that is

Reference ETA Qty all 5 (Probability) may get updated in one single Firm ETA 1 & Qty or Max it may get segregated in to 5 Firm ETAs & Qty

Vice versa; Single Reference ETA Date & Qty might get segregated into Minimum 1 Firm ETA & Qty or Max 5 Firm ETA Date & Qty

If I need to state my expectation in single sentence, Is Firm ETA Date & cumulative Qty (1 to 5) on or before Reference ETA Date & Cumulative Qty (1 to 5) Respectively If yes “As per LT” If Not “Not As per LT” to be updated in Validation ETA.
