Percentage Bars / Progress Trackers

Hello All,

I am wanting to set up a progress tracker for work.

See attached.

when a 'tick' is entered into either of the 3 columns i want a percentage bar to fill accordingly. preferably with a blue bar and the percentage number in the middle of the bar.

then at the bottom a total bar.

can anyone help?

is there a way I can include a drop down menu so I can choose between the 'tick' 'cross' and 'exclamation' mark - so that if there is an exclamation' mark I can write a comment in a comments colomn and so the tick is the only object that changes the percentage.

right now the cross changes the percentage too.
