Create a formula that will divide the value in these cells

Hi all, i'm a bit stuck on this so hopefully you can help This is the question i'm stuck on.

" Create a formula in column F (Percentage Total Hours). This formula will divide the value in E6/E12. Format the cell to a percentage. Make the F12 an absolute cell reference. Your Total Row should read 100%."

And i'm trying to get the percentage total hours from the following total hours: 0.19
0.23
0.25
0.25
0.27
0.33
Total hours: 36:30
Unsure if i need to post my actual workbook or not. but any help on this would be appreciated.
