Need Formula for Schedule to return name by value

Hi guys

I have a formula that partially does what I need, but it returns only one row by "X" value, I need all values. How to solve a problem. Look at an example. I hope you can help.

=INDEX($E$11:$E$21& " "&$F$11:$F$21; MATCH("X"; INDEX($G$11:$AK$21; ;MATCH($E6; $G$10:$AK$10;0));0))
