Content categorizing and sorting with remainder

Good evening,

I tried searching through the forums for a similar topic but wasn't able to do so. I'm currently working on a model to sort products into boxes based on volume and I'm struggling to find a decent way of doing it.

Objective: add volumes together and place as many products into a box as possible before having to select another box to pack the rest of the products in. If package A can hold up to 900in^3 and 10 sweaters take up 890, the 11th sweater would be moved to another package.

Right now I have clunky tables and pulling in an odd way. Any suggestions?

I don't think that I can help with the setup however I will offer substitutes for the two formulas in columns L and O (packaging model sheet) which may help as you move forward with the project.
