Awaiting Shipment Formula

Hello,

My question is on a conditional formatting dilemma I'm having, and it is probably pretty easy, but Im no excel guru. I will try to be short and clear.

I have a column that has multiple selections from a dropdown menu. One selection is: "Awaiting Shipment"

I would like the cells that contain "Awaiting Shipment" to highlight once there are 20 of them in the column. The will let me know A. I have 20 items to ship, and B. I will be able to easily I identify them in their given rows.
