Calculate based on a range of values

Hi,

I have to calculate disposable earnings and then the amount o garnish based on where the disposable earnings falls. I'm not sure how to formulate the red cell so that if it falls in one of three ranges, K25:K27, it calculates based on the information in L25:L27.

I can reformat the tables, I just copied and pasted the information that is needed.
