How to calculate the total incentive for salary

HI, i have a file. in sheet 2018 production A:M is of day shift working. and P:AB is of night working details.
column M is day incentive and column AB is night incentive. i need to make a payment so i want that in sheet PAYMENT A their related incentive should be come according to their date (B1) and name( A2).

for example in sheet PAYMENT A cell B1 (11/1/12018) and cell A2 (RAVI).

AND IN SHEET 2018 PRODUCTION 11/1/2018 AND RAVI'S INCENTIVE IS 34 AND 44. =78. I want this 78 in cell B2 (IN SHEET PAYMENT A).

AND SAME CALCULATION FOR ALL THE REST OF.

I HOPE I WILL GET ANSWERED THIS TOO.
