    Index Match not working as desired

    Hi Experts,

    I tried to produce results using index and match using multiple columns and Row criteria but ended up as failure. Attached sample worksheet with formula in range T15 through W18. I am getting incorrect results as you will see in the sample file. Please help i am not sure where i am going wrong.

    Instead of showing us the results of a non-working formula, show us the results that you are expecting (based on the sample data that you have shared).

    You can manually type the desired results in and then re-upload the Excel workbook.

    Problem in Discount Type criteria. I have some modification.
    In "S15" using data validation & set row 1 from "D" column. Choose any one. As Summary.

    Try this in T15:

    =INDEX($D$5:$AF$6,MATCH($T$10&$T$11,$A$5:$A$6&$B$5:$B$6,0),MATCH($S15&T$14,$D$1:$AF$1&$D$4:$AF$4,0)) Ctrl Shift Enter

    Drag the formula to the right and down.

    That being said, the only Discount Type (from S15:S18) that has a Brand/SKU in your sample from post #4 is ZL01.
    Since it doesn't exist for the other Discount Types, the formula will return #N/A for the other 3.
