COUNTIF Formula with Multiple Criteria based on Weekly Occurence

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a formula that can keep a running count of a task that:
1) has a particular status (Outstanding, In-progress or Completed)
2) is linked to a particular stage (Pre-construction, Compliance, Plan, Maintenance, Post or Others)
3) is linked to a particular area (GF, YAR, CS, NH)
4) and occurred in that week

So basically, I can see on a weekly basis, how many items are (Outstanding, In-progress or Completed), in a particular stage (Pre-construction, Compliance, Plan, Maintenance, Post or Others), in that specific area (GF, YAR, CS, NH).

I can't see how I can do it without two different tables (which is fine) but I'd prefer to keep it in the one table.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

Hi all, I've attached a copy of what I'm after, the left hand table is all the data, the right hand tables are where I need the count to be populated according to the area (YAR, GF etc). I've tried a COUNTIFS but I seem to have only managed to work it out on less criteria than what I need to sort out here.
