Conditional Format to highlight cells in a range if any have an entry

Happy Holidays and thank you for taking the time.

My mind is drawing a blank and I will continue to work on it while awaiting a reply because I know I've done it before but can't remember which of my sheet.

What I am wanting to do is format cells A1:E1 if any of them have initials in them. I have operators who have weekly tasks so if they initial in B1 then A1:E1 will change to the format I want which happens to be black fill with white font in this case.

Currently my mind is still on holiday.

Thank you very much for taking the time.
