Help needed- Need a formula/ or any other help in extracting Data

Hello, i need help with finding a faster way to extract data form a list. I am attaching a file so may have an idea of what i am actually referring to. On the first tab i have a list with all the individuals and in each column a data referring to them. on this list individuals may appear more than once as they the data is for the whole year for every paydate ( 2x a month). From this list ( 8000 rows), i need only the data for certain individuals ( sheet 2 of the file).
I need a solution to extract all the rows from the list for these specific individuals. In the past i have had to manually use the filter list and filter them. I have tried vlookup but that brings up only the first entry it finds.

Please help me and thank you in advance.

There's an app for that, that is if you want to take this kind of data and convert it into normalized data.

Attached is a spreadsheet I developed to normalize data. I cleared out both the Source Data Sheet and Normalized Data Sheet and copied your raw data into the Source Data Sheet. I had to tell the program that I wanted to preserve columns A:D and did this in cell B1 on the control panel sheet. Click the button and the data is transformed into normalized format.

I did notice that some dates came out as strings. I can't find September 31st on my calendar. You might have some data scrubbing to do.

It took me longer to explain how to use the program than to actually use the program.
