Transpose the figures using formula

I have the figures in the format presented in the image and I what to transpose them as in the next columns.

Are you just looking to get the sums of Premium, IBNR UEPER comm etc etc into the corresponding column?
If so just use a sumif formula.
=SUMIF(I:I,N1,J:J)
where column I is the first yellow column, N1 is 1. Premium and column J is the second yellow column. Adjust as necessary
