Calculation if greater than 8

Hi Experts,
I have sheet with data, I need formula in Green boxes, if value is greater than 8, I have put 2 values for Example.

Try this one in B28, then copy accross

=SUMIF(B2:B25,">8",B2:B25)-COUNTIF(B2:B25,">8")*8
