Excel Formula
What I am needing is a formula that evaluates to check if multiple conditions are met and then to insert a value in the cell once conditions are met.
For example if A8 is between Cells I10-I14 (GS 09 - GS 13) and cell C8 equals "Outstanding" then insert the value in merged cell J10.
Also if A7 is between Cells I10-I14 (GS 09 - GS 13) and cell C8 equals "Excellent" then insert the value in merged cell K10.
I have attached a sample of the spreadsheet for reference.

Very sorry, but your thread title won't do as it stands. Please change it before we offer you any help to reflect what you are trying to do. Generic titles such as this tell us nothing, I am afraid. Thanks.
