So I have a column with some words and I wanted to highlight the ones that have a specific last letter. I managed to do it by inserting the letter in the Conditional Formatting (picture 2) but I would like to change the letter on cell G1 (picture 1) in order to have the same result. Thanks in advance!

=COUNTIF(A1,"*"&$G$1)
