Countif formula help for school

Hi,

I need some help for a my school. I have the responsibility of analysing students behaviour. I have created a excel document but need help with a formula.

I need a countif formula or whatever works best for

Cell O3 to increase if cells J8 is greater than or equal to K8. This needs to happen for the cells down over.

I have attached the documents. The students need to make above the points that is identified in rows K & Y. Some students have different points targets that is why i am unable to use 38.
If the points in J & X equal too or greater than the number in K & Y. Count in O3.

I used columns N and AB to stage a 1 on 1 comparison to allow the targets numbers to be different. I hid the results by selecting the color of the font to white
