Display values in formula bar instead of formula

    Hello experts,

I have a spreadsheet which has data and the values are added to get the total expenditure during a month. Now I need a formula or any alternate option to convert the sum value to individual values to be displayed in the formula bar.

I have converted by using function key (F9) by selecting the formula and copying the displayed values to next cell and by replacing the ( to (+) sign. Its taking longer time to do individually for all cells and also I dont want the blank cells to be considered.

Attaching the sample file for your reference.

Please help me by providing the alternate option.

Try this. In C11 then copied across.

    ="="&IF(C3<>"",C3,"")&IF(C4<>"","+"&C4,"")&IF(C5<>"","+"&C5,"")&IF(C6<>"","+"&C6,"")&IF(C7<>"","+"&C7,"")&IF(C8<>"","+"&C8,"")

Re: Display values in formula bar instead of formula

Thank you for the reply. What I want is explained below:

In my sample file column C is showing the sum of all the expenditure as 103.

If I use the formula provided, the formula bar displays the formula but not the values that sum to 103.

I want the cell showing the sum value (103) and the formula bar showing the values that result to 103 excluding blank cells. 1+23+45+32+2.

Thanking once again for the IF condition which I can use in other workings.

Re-worked on the solution provided by the expert.

Works perfect and I need to convert the cell values by using Paste Special.

    Thank you.
