I need help on Calculating the OT hours basing on below Concept.
OT Concept is:
in Weekdays whatever the hours we done in that 1st hour will goes into 1X Payments and remaining hours will be count under 2X Payments.
in Weekdays there will buffer hours of 0.20mins
1st hour 1x Payment Calculation in Weekday is= Weekday 1st hour-buffer hours(E.g 1-0.20=0.80)
And in Weekends(Saturday & Sunday) there is no buffer hours and whenever the SUM Actual hrs in Weekdays is greater then 8, then automatically whatever the hours done in Weekends will comes to 2X Payments.
if not Weekend 1X calculation will be 8-Sum of Weekdays Actual hrs and remaining hrs will come under 2X payments.

Could anyone help me with formula for Automatic calculating of 1x and 2X payments through formula for Weekdays and Weekends basing on the above concept
here i need formula basing on the week names irrespective date for the whole month.
