Copy Formulas Hidden onto a new sheet

Dear All

Hope you're all well. How can a hidden formula on a sheet be copied over hidden to another new sheet? I notice when I copy paste even using paste special formula, the hidden formula appear as zero and they don't appear to be copied over correctly, any easy ways to fix it?

Thanks for the reply, Please see sheet "Employee 1". On this sheet I have hidden the formula using protect sheet (No password put) for columns K4 to K55. What I would like is this sheet be copies over as it is (With formulas hidden and ofcourse working) to employee 2, 3 etc. Is this possible somehow?

We work out the commissions using variable percentages and wouldn't want this visible to staff members, hence why.

Also do you have problems when you protect a sheet, it slows down, freezes(Not Responding) and then automatically closes down and then restarts again? I have numerous issues, not sure whats causing it.
