How to calculate the sum of a column

    Hi

I try to calculate the sum of the A column but the sum function does not give the right answer. It is because it only sums the numbers where is no decimal part. What to do?

That's because the "numbers" with a decimal are not real numbers, they are actually text as they have a non breaking space at the start.
Select col A > Ctrl H > enter Alt 0160 (using the number keypad) > replace with nothing > replace all
