Help with looking up values in rows

Hi all I need some help to create a lookup that will display values into a column where the source is actually in a row. The identifying field is Week Number.

In the source tab the weeks run across the top and when a pivot table is updated the number of rows increases by 1 to accommodate the new week number so the look up row would also change for new weeks. The row from which I need data is highlighted in yellow (row 41), so for weeks 14,15,16 the number I would expect to see are 3,9,16,

I want these numbers to show in the Output tab alongside the corresponding Week number.

I have attached the file here, so if anyone could assist that would be great.

If I understood correctly you want Converted Volume directly off the data without the sums in row 41 of 'Source'.
