Can I use excel to tell me when employees reached anniversary?

    Hello!

I am looking for a way to have Excel alert me to when an employee has reached an anniversary date, in intervals of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.

I currently have excel set up to tell me Total Service Year by using the DATEIF function and a Calculation date in an adjacent cell.
    Example: excel2.JPG

I'd like to see excel tell me based on a calculation date which employees have reached, say 5 years etc like so...

    EXCEL.JPG

    Is this possible?

    Thank you in advance!

It would be of tremendous value if you could upload a sample workbook with this information.

You could add a Helper column with the formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then filter on the Helper column = TRUE. That will list all the 5 year anniversary.

Or maybe add a Pivot Table and filter that

    Thanks for the upload.

In the attached is one way to do it with the desired layout.

Array enter this formula in cell I2. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.

I changed some of the hire dates so there would be anniversary dates 5, 10, 15 ... etc.
