Data Manipulation for Survey Data Help

Good day,

I am returning Excel user after a couple years and was asked to help with some data manipulation but am having a difficult time with the directions I was provided and was hoping to get some help.


I know that each row (in the CPCHILD report) is a single survey, and that each should go into a row in the CPCHILD Data Entry Tab on the CPCHILD scoring spreadsheet. I thought a simple copy and paste would suffice but I was wrong. I am not sure how I am to manipulate the data so it transfers seamlessly. I am not sure what information to elaborate on as I cannot share links. I wanted to post a link to the google drive but am not allowed as I am a new user.
