Find sum volume between two intricate formulas

Hi

I want to tmake a formula that calculates the sum volume from one cell to another. In this case the volume from the open to the volume high.
On the Data sheet this will be from Data!F385:Data!F509. The values on the Data sheet are changing and their rows where each day starts are also changing depending which ticker that is used, that is why I can't just use a simple formula as:

Instead I must use these intricate formulas:

To find the open volume

To find the volume high (inserted as an array):

Both these formulas above use values from the helper page to find which day they should look for. The day it should look for is determined by which number of a is listed in the A colomn (day 1, 2 or 3) on the Data sheet

I'v tried to insert these two formulas into the sum(X:X), but it doesn't work (I think its because on of them is an array formula).
