    Nested IF formula - HELP

    Hello All,

    I'm hoping to get some help here. I'm experiencing a crisis trying to figure this formula out. I've done some research on google and youtube but i couldn't find the answer or similar examples to follow.

    I would like to insert a nested formula containing the below logical test in Cell K

    • If Cell B is the same as Cell D and Cell J has no text then return as "No Changes"
    • But if Cell B is the same as Cell D and Cell J has any text then return as "Adjust"
    • If Cell B and Cell D is not the same then return as "Adjust"

    I would be very grateful for anyone that can help me out..

    =if(b1=d1,if(j1="","No Changes","Adjust"),"Adjust")
